Bay County will hold a public kickoff meeting concerning the Philip Griffitts Sr. Parkway Phase III project Thursday, May 25, 2023, at Lyndell Conference Center, 423 Lyndell Lane, Panama City Beach. The meeting is from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. (CDT).
This meeting is being held to provide those interested with an opportunity to learn about the project to and express their views. Maps, drawings, and other information will be on display. Bay County representatives and project team members will be available to explain project goals, answer questions, and receive comments.
Bay County is conducting a Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study and preparing of design plans for a new roadway segment entitled Philip Griffitts Sr. Parkway Phase III from Clara Avenue to Chip Seal Parkway. The total distance of this study is approximately 5.1 miles.
