Interactive Map Viewer

Launch our Bay County GIS Viewer to locate property which contains new 2010 aerial imagery and identify attributes associated with property. Attributes include things such as flood zones, surge zones, evacuation zones, zoning, school districts, owner, property values, fire districts, future land use, commission district, and voter precinct etc. You can also look at identify wetland areas, soil types, city limits, beach access points and many other sites. There are also links to the Property Appraiser’s Property Card details when you identify a property. Please view and print our Interactive Map Viewer Brochure pdf format for some more details on how to use the site.

We'd like to address some of the issues, concerns or comments with the new interactive map viewer at this time:

  1. Print to PDF function
  2. a. We are currently working with the developer on this issue and hope to have a solution in place around the first part of October

    b. If you have Adobe Professional you can always print to a PDF from the File -> Print menu on your browser. If you don’t have Adobe Pro and the funds to buy it there are free downloads out there that will do the same thing such as PrimoPDF and CutePDF.

  3. Legend
  4. a. The legend is something we know is missing as well but should be available around the first part of October as well.

    b. There is a legend in the Help file or click here for a web map brochure containing the legend files.

  5. Zoning
  6. a. Right now the identify tool is only showing Bay County Zoning but this should be fixed by the middle of August. We are working on a script to handle all county and municipal zoning delineations.
