County Attorney's Office

The County Attorney’s Office represents the Board of County Commissioners. It provides legal services to the various commissions, boards, authorities, departments and divisions of county government.

The County Attorney is appointed by the Board of County Commissioners. Currently the office is comprised of a Chief Assistant County Attorney, a Senior Assistant County Attorney, and two legal secretaries.
