Bay County has an existing 25-ft wide drainage easement located north of Sandollar Drive and Grand Lagoon Shores Drive. This drainage easement contains approximately 568 linear feet of 24-inch corrugated metal pipe which has deteriorated and requires replacement with a new 24-inch ADS- HP (gray) pipe.
The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified contractors to provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies for the replacement of existing 24-inch corrugated metal pipe (CMP), inlets and sand cement headwall with a new 24-inch ADS-HP (gray pipe), new inlets and new sand cement headwall (burlap bags).

| The County Purchasing Department will be the only point of contact for this ITB. Under no circumstances may a bidder contact any County Commissioner, County Administrator, or County employee concerning this ITB until after award. Any such contact may result in disqualification as per Bay County Code Section 2-124. Bidders shall submit all questions, in writing, to the Purchasing Department at Purchasing@baycountyfl.gov or FAX to (850) 248-8276. All questions shall be submitted no later than 5:00 pm (central time) on Friday, December 1, 2017.
